It all started when my daughters requested me to write down my recipes, tips and tricks which I keep giving them from time to time.

Then came my friend's request to teach cooking to her and her maid and all this gave me the idea to start my blog...why not help as many people as I can...after all knowledge is to be shared and I would like people to get benefited from what I have acquired over the last 3 decades.

So I will dedicate this blog to my lovely daughters and a wonderful friend and hope that I am able to do justice to it.
